Our Philosophy

If the world went to hell and we had to stock a bunker with wine, we’d want a little variety. Something bright and fresh. Something big and bold. A few things in between. Because what we feel like drinking changes with the food, the weather, the company, or just the day we’ve had. Saint K makes different styles to scratch those different itches.

We make small batches with fruit from stellar vineyards in Paso Robles and Santa Barbara County. Our approach is straightforward: find the right site for each grape, pay close attention, and don’t get in the way in the cellar.

Wine brings people together. It’s something to share over a meal, mark a moment, or enjoy with someone you love. It’s also a form of expression, from what’s in the bottle to the artwork on the outside. Artist Dane Curley draws every label by hand. Together, the wine and the art tell the Saint K story.

Our Wine Team

Keith Robinson and Matt Reese run the show. They source the fruit, oversee the cellar alongside consulting winemaker Orion Stang, and own every decision along the way. They also run Gravesend Wine Merchant & Eatery in Paso Robles.
